- PERSONALIZED: You can personalize this urn with your own special tribute with 4 lines of text, with each line containing up to 40 characters including spaces. Personalized items can not be returned. If a personalized item is defective, damaged or was personalized incorrectly (not in accordance to the information provided) a replacement will be sent. Returns are not allowed for personalized items.
